PROFINET Protocol Stack

Product description:

The PROFINET protocol stack is optimized for embedded devices and can run from RAM ressources as small as 96kByte.

The stack can operate on almost any hardware plattform (CPU, MCU) and almost any OS (raw Sockets needed). No-OS operation is supported as well.

The abstraction is handled by a driver, provided by port GmbH.

Compliant to CC-A and RT-1.

The CC-B (Line Structure) is under preparation.

It provides (stack-wise) all neecessary functions to certify the final device.

Not supported platforms can be added quickly.
