Continuous measurement of hydrazine in boiler water and feedwater for power plants. Hydrazine is often used as an oxygen scavenger to prevent corrosion, reduce frothing and minimize deposits on metal surfaces. Monitoring of the hydrazine level can prevent under-dosing or over-dosing with the associated costly waste. The 9186 also allows to measure other oxygen scavengers such as carbohydrazide. - Measuring range : 0 to 500 ppb hydrazine 0 to 100 ppb carbohydrazide - very low drift - automatic temperature compensation - no moving parts
