Product description:

MWS20 is a panel mount weighing calculator to strain gauge load cell scales. With high resolution (int. 200.000 d) and the internal handling of up to 1000 formulas and 100 components the MWS20 is ideal for dosing applications. The unit takes over time critical control from PLC to the weighing electronic. The PLC only starts batch dosing and receives status and actual values back, as well as a batch report on the end of the batching procedure. Local storage of formula and dosing parameters is provided and remote access for download of formulas in RAM are possible.
An optional dosing ramp (4-20mA) is available to control a FQ.
LCD-Display for status and actual reading indication is available.
Up to 12 Bit/s data rate for dosing applications is supported. 24VDC supply voltage; PLC sample programming code; GSD file
Support of 4 languages in menu
Options: I/O interface; 4-20mA ramp output
