MWS15 Weighing Processor

Product description:

MWS15 is a panel mount weighing processor to strain gauge load cell scales. With high resolution (int. 200.000 d) and the internal processing of the dosing control, the unit takes over time critical control from PLC to the weighing electronic. For each component the PLC sends set value, dosing parameters, (tolerance values, course, fine e.g.) via profibus down to the weighing processor and the unit sends back status and actual values. The internal dosing ramp (4-20mA) is available to control a FQ for dynamic dosing.
LCD-Display for status and actual reading indication as well as calibration of the unit comes with the instrument.
Up to 12 MBit/s of data rate, dosing applications are supported.
