The FMxC Fiessler modular programmable safety controller series can be expanded at any time with up to 16 expansion modules.
As a result, up to 204 digital inputs and up to 153 digital outputs or various communication slaves are available today. Additionally the position and velocity of up to 17 axes can be monitored by means of safety.
Through the compact design it's easy to integrate the safety control in new systems as well as to retrofit systems.

The modular safety controller is programmed by Fiessler Studio. To create new applications a great number of prefinished standard and safety function blocks which simplifies the work for the user are available.
The programming itself is done by using drag and drop. Individual I/O points are simply graphically connected to obtain the desired user functionality.
