Product description:

The modular designed SCHUNK ECM controller has been particularly developed for electrically driven gripper with an input voltage of 24 V or 48 V. Electrical controllers are used to control/ regulate mechatronic modules and systems without integrated electronics. Equipped with standard plug connectors, it can be quickly and easily connected. Control can be provided via PROFINET, PROFIBUS (up to 12 Mbit/s) or CAN (up to 1 Mbit/s).
The SCHUNK ECM has a USB device connection for commissioning and parameterization via PC with the SCHUNK Motion Tool MTS. Alternatively it can also be put into operation in seconds without connecting a programming device. For this, a USB stick can be parameterized and addressing is done manually via an easily configurable rotary encoding switch. Initial module movements can be realized via a DIP switch.
