GAS FLOW METERS/CONTROLLERS
Bronkhorst High-Tech B.V. manufactures the largest variety of thermal Mass Flow Meters and Controllers for gases and liquids. The Mass Flow Meters of the EL-FLOW® Series are compact, modular instruments with laboratory style electronics housing. They can be combined with control valves, either integrated or separate, in order to measure and control gas flows in ranges starting from 0,014 mln/min up to 1680 ln/min air-equivalent.
PRESSURE METERS/CONTROLLERS
Bronkhorst pressure meters measures pressures from 100 mbar up to 400 bar depending on body rating, either absolute pressure or gauge pressure and in the range 0 to 15 bar differential pressure too. The pressure controller controls pressure with a very high accuracy and repeatability. The controller is available in forward control (P-600 series) and backward control (P-700 series).
LIQUID FLOW METERS/CONTROLLERS
For liquids, Bronkhorst specialises in micro to low flow liquid meters and controllers. Their instruments based on a thermal mass flow measuring principle cover flow ranges from 1,5 mg/h up to 20 kg/h. Bronkhorst mini CORI-FLOW instruments, based on the Coriolis measuring principle, can be offered in a range of 0,1 g/h up to 300 kg/h for both gases and liquids, for meters as well as controllers.
FLEXIBILITY IN FIELD BUS INTERFACING
Bronkhorst digital instruments can be equipped with a range of different fieldbus inetrfaces, e.g. Profibus, Profinet, Modbus and DeviceNet.

Bronkhorst® Mass Flow Meters/Controllers can be directly used as PROFINET IO devices. The PROFINET protocol is 100% Ethernet-compatible and is used for data exchange between IO-Controllers (PLC, etc.) and IO-Devices (slaves, field devices). It uses the proven communication model and application view of PROFIBUS DP and extends it by Ethernet as the communication medium.
