Product description:

The MIO167-PP is a 12MBd DP-Slave-Tool containing two independent measuring modules for dynamic measurement of the toothtrace of two gear wheels. The modu-les are galvanically separated so that different measuring transducers can be con-nected and supplied. The sampling rate and the averaging of measurement values can be configurated freely by PROFIBUS. At the registration of the dynamic signals, pairs of measured values are generated between the modules at the same sampling intervals. Those pairs of measured values are processed by the superordinated con-trol system.

The MIO167-Wegencoder is an interface to count incremental directional signals (A-B-Zero) with differential 5V-level.
