The MIO167-FP is a 12MBd DP-Slave-Tool containing two independent measuring modules for distance and force measurement. The modules are galvanically isulated so that different measuring transducers can be connected and supplied. The samp-ling rate and the averaging of measurement values can be configurated freely by the PROFIBUS. The registration of dynamic signals is done by generating pairs of measured values between the modules at the same sampling intervals. Those pairs of measu-red values are processed by the superordinated control system.

The MIO167-Wegencoder is an interface to count incremental directional signals (A-B-Zero) with differential 5V-level.
The MIO167-DMS-Module (strain gauge module) contains an amplifier and a power supply for a strain gauge bridge. The scanning frequency is 1 kHz with a resolution of 14 Bit.
